The bathrooms will have underfloor heating, high-quality ceramics (Kerlite panels measuring 2.40 m x 1.25 m), high-quality bathroom cabinets with sinks and hanging toilets with "soft-close" boards.
The shower areas will be of larger dimensions on the "walk-in" principle with glass shower cabins.

Along with the purchase of the apartment, the purchase of a garage space is mandatory, and completion is expected by the end of 2023.
